Easton Town Center

As Senior Designer at Design 3 International responsible for the projects at Easton Town Center, I spent over five years contributing to the evolution of this flagship development—one of the nation’s premier retail destinations, which pioneered the lifestyle center concept in the early 1990s. The addition of the Urban District, with its denser, vertically layered architecture and broader mix of uses, marked the beginning of Easton’s gradual transformation into a true mixed-use town center, blending retail, hospitality, office, and public space.
In close collaboration with Steiner + Associates’ development and leasing teams, as well as D3i partners, I developed numerous conceptual and schematic designs and produced illustrations that helped integrate new tenants while preserving and enhancing Easton’s finely crafted urban character.
