THE CORE Station Yards

As part of the 53-acre Ronkonkoma redevelopment, The Core Station Yards introduces a vibrant, transit-oriented district designed to retain younger Long Islanders through walkable urban living. Located adjacent to the LIRR station—the busiest in Suffolk County—the project offers 388 residential units, over 78,000 square feet of retail and dining, a 10,000-square-foot village green, and structured parking for over 1,200 vehicles.
