pompano beach downtown redevelopment

Spanning 75 acres between Dixie Highway and I-95, the Downtown Pompano Beach redevelopment is a transformative initiative led by RocaPoint Partners in collaboration with the City of Pompano Beach. The master plan envisions a vibrant, mixed-use district that weaves together high- and low-density residential, commercial, civic, and public spaces.
Phase I is anchored by two civic landmarks: the new City Hall and the reimagined E. Pat Larkins Community Center—both conceived as catalysts and cultural cornerstones for the broader development.
I was commissioned by RocaPoint Partners to help shape and visualize their vision for this emerging community. Working closely with the leadership team, I developed a conceptual design that reflects the cultural diversity of Pompano Beach while drawing on the regional character of South Florida. The renderings I produced became central to public presentations, fostering dialogue and helping residents envision their place in the city’s evolving future.
