MULTI-TENANT BUILDING

Building S is a 35,000-square-foot, two-story building designed for multiple food and retail tenants. It defines the eastern edge of the Interior Plaza. In line with the overall architectural language of the project, the design reinterprets traditional industrial forms through a modern, minimalist lens—highlighting a clear contrast between two distinct facades: one black, one white. 

Like a two-faced Janus, the building presents its white side to the Interior Plaza, while its black façade—featuring a central three-arched portico—faces Howe Street.
