MULTI-TENANT BUILDING
GREENVILLE, SC
Building S is part of the transformative County Square Redevelopment project in downtown Greenville, SC. The 35,000-square-foot, two-story structure is designed to accommodate multiple food and retail tenants and defines the eastern edge of the Interior Plaza — the project’s central public space. In keeping with the overall architectural language of the project, the design reinterprets traditional industrial forms through a modern, minimalist lens—highlighting a clear contrast between two distinct facades: one black, one white.
Like a two-faced Janus, the building presents its white side to the Interior Plaza, while its black façade—featuring a central three-arched portico—faces Howe Street.
