Olympia Fields Apartments

A central component of the multi-phase Olympia Fields development, this 5-story mixed-use building includes 116 residential units above more than 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
The design establishes a contemporary interpretation of the Prairie Style, drawing inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s early work in Wisconsin and setting a cohesive architectural tone for the broader development.
