Greenville County Square

Greenville, SC

Set on 37 acres along University Ridge, the $1.1 billion Greenville County Square redevelopment is envisioned as a seamless extension of the city’s vibrant core. The 3.5 million-square-foot mixed-use district includes over 1,800 residential units, 250,000 square feet of retail and dining, and 500,000 square feet of office space. Its architecture weaves together traditional and modern forms, echoing the spirit of Greenville’s Main Street.  The project prioritizes walkability, layering plazas, greenways, and pedestrian-friendly streets to create a vibrant and connected urban fabric.

As a design consultant to RocaPoint Partners, I was deeply involved in shaping the vision—developing conceptual designs and primary renderings for most buildings, and contributing refinements and visualizations to support work by collaborating architects.
